TMU grants for outstanding international graduate students

1. TWD 50,000/semester: students graduated/admitted from /by the top 300 Academic Ranking of World Universities or top 200 QS World Universities
2. TWD 5,000/month: students who received full scholarship from their home countries
3. TWD 50,000/semester: students who are the first author of SCI/SSCI/A&HCI paper within 3 years
